Let us introduce you to the estate…
Eagle Manor is an special event venue and vacation destination spot. It resides on a 12 acre estate located in the middle of the Dix Wildlife Management Area and Cohansey River Management Area. The 10 bedroom Eagle Manor mansion house, the centerpiece of the estate, resides on a hill overlooking the expansive river deck and two story boathouse on the Cohansey River with a spacious lawn that can accommodate large wedding pavilions.

How it all came to be…
Eagle Manor’s heritage runs for almost 400 years starting with Lenni-Lenape native Americans. The history runs through pirates and Kings, to Lords and Freeholders. Through pre-colonial farmers, Philadelphia millionaires, bootleggers and smugglers. It was parceled out from the NJ Green Acres program is now in the care of the Tichenor family who are responsible for its preservation. You can read more on our History Page.
